1. Ensure all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained on a daily basis.
2. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bathrooms, furniture, and amenities.
3. Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as needed.
4. Report any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
5. Follow all established procedures and guidelines for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms.
6. Ensure all guest requests or complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.
7. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
8. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
9. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and privacy.
11. Collaborate with housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
12. Attend required training and development sessions to improve job skills and knowledge.
13. Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
14. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and supply closets.
15. Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
16. Keep track of and report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.
17. Assist with laundry duties as needed.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
