- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hotel staff.
- Assist hotels with operational issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from hotels via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hotel operations, including but not limited to reservations, billing, and guest complaints.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken with hotels.
- Identify trends and patterns in hotel inquiries and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry standards to ensure accurate and consistent support to hotels.
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to appropriate departments to prevent service disruptions.
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with hotels and act as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Hotel Group.
