We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our Operations Support Desk team. This role will provide essential support to our hotels and ensure the smooth operation of our properties.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hotel staff.
  2. Assist hotels with operational issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Respond to inquiries and requests from hotels via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hotel operations, including but not limited to reservations, billing, and guest complaints.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve complex issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken with hotels.
  7. Identify trends and patterns in hotel inquiries and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry standards to ensure accurate and consistent support to hotels.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to appropriate departments to prevent service disruptions.
  10. Foster a positive and professional relationship with hotels and act as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Hotel Group.
