As a member of our Operations Support Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction across our global portfolio of hotels.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues through efficient and effective communication.
  2. Respond to and resolve operational issues and inquiries from hotel staff and guests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Monitor and analyze hotel performance data to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all relevant parties.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential operational challenges to prevent or minimize guest impact.
  7. Handle and escalate guest complaints and issues as needed, following proper procedures and protocols.
  8. Provide support and guidance to hotel staff on operational processes and procedures.
  9. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to stay informed and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Uphold and promote the company's values and standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
