  1. Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly and professionally responding to all inquiries and requests from hotel staff and guests.
  2. Monitor and manage hotel operations through a variety of platforms, including phone, email, and computer systems.
  3. Collaborate with hotel staff and management to address and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  4. Provide support and assistance to hotel staff in all areas of operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
  5. Coordinate with other departments within the hotel group to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  6. Monitor and track hotel performance metrics, reporting any concerns or areas for improvement to management.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken.
  8. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Wyndham brand and values.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures for more efficient and effective operations.
