Supports employee recruitment and selection activities. Collaborates with business managers to define candidate profiles. Identifies candidates through multiple sources. Organizes and conducts pre-screening candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checks. Maintains contact with external search companies. Prepares reports on candidates. Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment practices.
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment for a government contractor.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other applicable technology
