  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand business in the Italian market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry and competitive trends in the Italian market.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Zendesk's customer service software.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on Italian business culture and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  9. Continuously improve and maintain knowledge of Zendesk's products and services.
  10. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  11. Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
  12. Represent Zendesk in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Italian: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Be Fluent In Both Written And Spoken Italian, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With Italian-Speaking Clients.
