  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Zendesk products and services.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  3. Understand each customer's unique business goals and challenges, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to help them achieve success.
  4. Monitor and track customer usage and adoption of Zendesk products, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Create and deliver training and educational materials to help customers maximize the value of Zendesk products and services.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges that may impact customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Utilize Zendesk's customer success tools and processes to efficiently and effectively manage a large portfolio of clients.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and progress towards goals.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and expansion efforts.
  13. Represent Zendesk in a professional and positive manner at all times, embodying our values and commitment to customer success.

  • Technical Knowledge And Proficiency - A Customer Success Manager Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Using Zendesk's Products And Services. This Includes A Working Knowledge Of Apis, Integrations, And Other Technical Aspects Of The Platform.

  • Project Management Skills - The Role Of A Customer Success Manager Involves Managing Multiple Customer Accounts And Projects Simultaneously. As Such, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Timelines, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset - The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Be Passionate About Helping Customers Achieve Their Goals. This Includes A Proactive Approach To Problem-Solving And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers.
