Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Group Practice Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
