  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the multi-specialty group practice, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  3. Develop and implement processes and policies to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make strategic decisions to optimize operations.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across various areas of the group practice.
  6. Oversee budgeting and financial management for the group practice, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the group practice and other departments within the hospital, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration, and implement changes as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Act as a role model for the hospital's mission, vision, and values, and uphold high ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Group Practice Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
